Subtle vibes exuded forth,

True feeling kept concealed;

Your soul longs to speak:,

Yet, your mouth remains silent;

Your eyes reveal you.

Hurts and scars,

Intimacies reneged;

Trust is the sine quanon of love;

Mistrust may bring insecurity,

Insecurity begets unsurity,

And unsurity breeds distrust;

Distrust leaves souls untouched;

Your silence suggests distrust,

Your eyes reveal you;

Trust cannot be demanded, only offered;

Your eyes reveal a soul unvested:

Averted, distant, confused;

Look at me,

Eye to eye,

Soul to soul;

Let my soul be your soul's bosom of comfort;

Let my eyes reveal you;

Be still and know you are loved.
