going down the path of life,
and you don't
know which way to go,
Look
within to tune yourself,
with root,
center and flow.
Through
the root, embrace the earth,
the support
beneath our feet;
Ground
with the energy,
that can make your life complete.
Bring
this power to the center,
where quiet
and peace enable;
It's
harder to fall off the path,
when balanced,
true and stable.
Then
flow on down this river of life,
yielding so
as not to get stuck;
Take
root, and center, and the fluid way,
