Awe of You
Our love, indeed, is quite a force,
Mightier than gravity itself.
A stronger bond than between atoms,
the very elixir of good health.
As attraction prevails,
our heart and soul give way.
Our
body throbs and engorges;
as the chemicals of love do play.
Love is the drive to move us towards
beauty;
Love inspires us to fulfill our duty;
It often keeps us acting goofy,
Even reason pays homage to love.
So hear this now, my exclamation:
I love you more than some reason or
law!
You are my beauty, my sacred duty,
(and why I act goofy),
It is for you, my love, I’m in awe.
