GOD'S
CURRENCY
Of what use is love,
if we share it
with but one;
As if it were some rare occasion,
like God's
"sole begotten Son".
For love is like the sunshine,
free for all to
bear,
Just as all of us--God's children-
are free to
breathe the air.
Though
love seems so uniquely special,
and indeed, it
certainly is,
All of us are worthy,
of receiving this
great gift.
And so when in love, please take note,
to love all with
the respect due your lover;
For love is God's currency,
to be spent on
your sisters and brothers.
